Angel- Simply a normal angel with two wings and a heart of gold.

Archangel- Archangels are often noticed by their two large wings, setting them apart from other Angels and Seraphim. These Angels are the most powerful and many are very old, going back to the very beginning of time.

Archvalkyrie- Archvalkyries are rare at best, but these Angels are stand out among the rest in many more ways then one. With three long but thin wings sprouting from their backs, these Angels can maneuver around in a battle with precision and make fighting a war look like an art form. Archvalkyries are not born but in fact were once normal Valkyries until they were granted a 'promotion' of sorts by Gabriel himself. (If you want to be an Archvalkyrie, PM me first before doing ANYTHING! There will be only a few in existence and your history must speak about how you became one.)

Cherubs - To explain this race, we only need say one thing. "Cupid." - Cherubs often have handsome/beautiful features to anyone who looks upon them. They are the natural love matchers upon the world, looking for love for anyone that needs it. However, not even they have a 100% guarantee it'll last.

Faerie- Gentle and loving race that were once mages in their past lives. Their wings are considerably smaller then an Angels and also look more like a butterfly's than a birds. It is said that Faerie dust can also make someone fly for a short period of time as that is how Faeries fly, their wings being full of the dust allowing their tiny wings to carry them easily.

Familiar- Familiars are protectors of mortal witches and mages. Many people mistake them for simple animals, but in fact that is just their main form. Any familiar can take human form and a single animal form of a pet. Meaning they can become a cat or dog of their choosing, but when they first change, they keep that form for the rest of their lives. They are forced to guard their witch or mage counterpart so that Angels don't always have to be around. That makes familiars the guardian Angels of witches & mages. Like any Angel, Familiars live forever, however they can die from mortal wounds and will not return to the world. Any Familiar automatically gets the power to transform into their given animal (cat, dog or some other domesticated pet) and Magic Talk, allowing them to talk to magical people while in their animal form.

Seraphim- The Seraphim have 6 small wings. It is said that two are to cover their eyes and two to cover their mouths, which could be metaphorical for the fact that Seraphim are a quiet race who rarely speak out and tend to turn a blind eye when they should not. They are very musical, often heard on their harps in Heaven, and are very psychic, having prophetic visions regarding Earth and things which affect Heaven.

Unicorn- A race that started in the beginning of time and are pure and untainted good. Though through the ages, they were hunted by demons in order to hold the power of their horns. This lead to their near extension. Only a few are still alive today by mere fate and some are not so pure anymore. (If you want to be an Unicorn, PM me first before doing ANYTHING!)

Valkyrie- Valkyries are the angels of battle and the ones most fit to wage wars against Demons. Born for battle, they are often trained instantly and are only known as soldiers before anything else. They were always put upon the front lines during battles since they were the ones most fit for true battle. Though in these times, Valkyries seem to be a dying race as they are needed less and less until the chosen ones come back and another war breaks out.

Visilight- These beings hold the light of the world. More often then not, they are very charismatic but are more known for their beating light of a head. Even in their human form, a visilight must wear sunglasses or use an illusion power or they risk their light showing through their eyes. An automatic power of theirs is the ability to telepathically talk to others around, but do not think they can read minds, they can only hear the voice if the person thinks about them while thinking words. When a visilight dies, it explodes into a harmless ray of light, almost as if it has fled to be reborn in Heaven.

Human- A normal human being.

[/b]: 0 powers[/ul]

Gifted- Gifted are simply humans that have the ability to see Angels and Demons either because they were born with this or they suffered trauma that caused them to see. Either way, they are now part of the war, whether they like it or not.

[/b]: True sight (Fixed) + 1 power.[/ul]

Boskop - 'Boskop' are humans born with a natural psychic gift such as telekinesis or illusionary powers. They only have one power, two at most. Their powers are nowhere near as strong as a witch with a psychic power, but they have some abilities as opposed to none.

Ghost - Every human ends up dead sooner or later, trick is to stick around after death. Many people managed to do just that and they join the ranks of ghosts. Ghosts are dead and thus cannot die in any conventional way and many ghosts retain the powers they had in life, if they had any to begin with.

Mage- Mages are similar to Witches, but mages are not trained but rather born. They have an unnatural link to magic, giving them an added power over Witches. However, Mages now-a-days are very rare having been practically wiped out of existence. But if you were to find a Mage, you will also find that their powers rival that of Angels and Demons alike and have vast control over it. Sadly, one hasn't been seen in millions of years. Necromancer- Necromancers are simply witches who dabble in the art of the undead. They have the 'Dark' Magic ability, which is simply magic but specializes specifically in raising the dead with their magical ability. Many Necromancers seek immortality and often do this through various means, mostly using the dark magic to sustain their life. Necromancers may get Immortality for free if they have a good back story for their character and how they became immortality. Note, because of how they become immortal, there must be a downside to being immortal.

Psychic- This is pretty self explanatory, but never-the-less I will go into details. Psychics hold some sort of ESP ability be it precognition or some other ability. They often only start off with one to start and that power either grows in power or they gain more as time passes. Either way, life is never easy for a Psychic.

Werewolf- Werewolves are humans that can change into a lycan at night on a full moon. Only way they can turn whenever they want is if they are at least five hundred years old. Sadly, a werewolf cannot truly pick their own powers, they get stuck with Vigor and Regeneration and then one power of their choosing. Werewolves are treated as immortal cursed humans.

[/b]: Superhuman Durability (Normal), Senses (Normal), Strength (Normal), Night Vision (Fixed) & Lycanthrope (Normal)[/ul]

Witch- Witches are simply humans who have learned to use magic. They are decent, but their powers do not fully match that of a Angel or Demon if they were to go same powers against each other. Though, Witches can also use spells in various ways, making their power disadvantage vanish.

Demons

Pure-Blood Demons

[/color][/b]- Pure-blood demons are stronger than lesser demons and are often created by Lucifer, Lilith or Samael through pacts.

Balrog- Balrogs were tall, menacing humanoid beings, with the ability to shroud themselves in fire, darkness, and shadow. They frequently appeared armed with fiery whips of many thongs. They could not be casually destroyed: significant power was required. Only dragons rivaled their capacity for ferocity and destruction. With the ability to take human form, Balrog's can blend in with society. However, they cannot stay in human form for very long or risk their Balrog going into a rage and simply taking over. Additionally, in human form, their full Balrog power diminishes and goes dormant within them.

Cerberus Demon (One of a Kind)- The Cerberus Demon is a one of a kind demon. This demon holds the power to transform into the three headed dog known as Cerberus and is entrusted of guarding the entrance to the Underworld. Anyone can become a Cerberus Demon by simply defeating the current one. When this is done, the Cerberus's very soul is torn to pieces and their powers infuse with the new Cerberus.

Elemental Demons- Elemental demons can be of the air, fire, lightning, soil, or water. Because of that, they are required to take a powers that revolves around their elemental. However, elemental demons have an advantage that no other demon, angel or human have, they can turn into their element to make for quick getaways or simply harm their enemies. Though they must keep their same density and if any part of them is lost IE a fire demon's fire is partly put out, a water demon's water is drank/absorbed, they will lose apart of their own body.

Fallen One- Fallen Ones use to be angels of Elysium until they had fallen from grace. Sometimes their wings are burned asunder to show who they are. If they are not, their pure white wings go to black or gray. Not only that, but they lose the power of healing.

Incubus/Succubus- They may enter homes uninvited and can take on the appearance of other persons as shape-shifter.They will often visit the same victim repeatedly. A victim of an incubus will experience the visits as dreams. The incubus drains energy from the woman on whom it performs sexual intercourse in order to sustain itself. Religious tradition holds that repeated intercourse with such a spirit by either males or females (the female version of the incubus is called a succubus) may result in the deterioration of health, or even death. In medieval Europe, union with an incubus was supposed by some to result in the birth of witches, demons, and deformed human offspring. The legendary magician Merlin was said to have been fathered by an incubus.

Rakshasa- A rakshasa (alternately, raksasa or rakshas) is a demon or unrighteous spirit in Hinduism. A female rakshasa is called a rakshasi, and a female rakshasa in human form is a manushya-rakshasi. Rakshasas have the power to change their shape at will and appear as animals (large birds), as monsters, or in the case of the female demons, as beautiful women. They are most powerful in the evening, particularly during the dark period of the new moon, but they are dispelled by the rising sun.

Lesser Demons

[/color][/b]- Unlike pure-bloods, they are born into the world and do not have the pure essence of Lucifer, Lilith or Samael running through their veins which instantly makes them weaker in compression.

Gargoyles- Gargoyles are rare to see, for they aren't what everyone thinks they are. Many look just like you or I, blending in with the new society after the age of Castles had fallen. They may turn to stone at will though and meaning the sun does not effect them like stories say. However, when a Gargoyle sleeps, they automatically turn to stone. The figure they are as a stone statue depends on the gargoyle, they could take up the normal gargoyle look or even pose as something else. All that matters is that their body can fit inside it like a child in a womb. For reproduction, they cannot have children with a human, demon or an angel, only their own kind.

Gorgon- In Greek mythology, the Gorgons ("terrible" or, according to some, "loud-roaring") were vicious monsters with sharp fangs and hair of living, venomous snakes. They were said to live in the west, near the ocean, and guard the entrance to the underworld. Gorgons were said to have fire coming out of their hands and the skill to steal power from the gods. They are so strong they can kill anyone who stands in their way. They are considered the Queens of the underworld. The Gorgons can go anywhere they want and even look like humans. Additionally, there are male Gorgons, but the females are by far the dominant force, making their men practically their slaves.

Imp- Imps are usually described as mischievous more than seriously threatening, and as lesser beings rather than more important supernatural beings. The attendants of the devil are sometimes described as imps. They are usually described as lively and having small stature. Some accounts of imps treat them as capable of being turned to good, because they are so desperately lonely they would do almost anything even commit good deeds to have a committed friend.

Lamia- Lamias are vampires with a desire to feed upon blood & flesh. However, they can walk among sunlight like anyone else and look as human as the next person. However, during the day, they hold no powers at all and are pretty much immortal humans that can only die by disembodiment or fire. However, at night fall, their powers come back and they become extremely allergic to UV rays, meaning the rays bounced from the moon can cause them to smoke up. Additionally, their lower body becomes that of a snake and their hunger goes into over drive making them HAVE to eat for their hunger is insatiable.

Vampire- Vampires are mythological or folkloric revenants who subsist by feeding on the blood of the living. In folkloric tales, the undead vampires often visited loved ones and caused mischief or deaths in the neighborhoods they inhabited when they were alive. They wore shrouds and were often described as bloated and of ruddy or dark countenance, markedly different from today's gaunt, pale vampire which dates from the early Nineteenth Century. Other attributes varied greatly from culture to culture; some vampires, such as those found in Transylvanian tales, were gaunt, pale, and had long fingernails, while those from Bulgaria only had one nostril, and Bavarian vampires slept with thumbs crossed and one eye open. Moravian vampires only attacked while naked, and those of Albanian folklore wore high-heeled shoes. As stories of vampires spread throughout the globe to the Americas and elsewhere, so did the varied and sometimes bizarre descriptions of them. They live forever and cannot age, they can however be killed by sunlight and disembodiment. Sadly, they also have allergies to silver and garlic, though silver is by far the worst of the two allergies.
